The OMAT electric high-pressure welding control valve is a single-seat control valve with a balanced sealing ring sleeve. By replacing the upper valve seat with a balanced sealing ring, the traditional double-seat sleeve valve structure is transformed into a single-seat sleeve structure. This improvement significantly enhances the leakage class of the sleeve valve. Designed for heavy-duty conditions, the use of a balanced sealing ring replaces the upper valve seat, converting a double-seat valve into a single-seat valve, making it suitable for applications with high leakage requirements. The valve body features a compact structure with an S-shaped streamlined fluid passage. It includes guide vanes to improve the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, offering advantages such as low pressure drop loss, high flow capacity, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy in flow characteristics. The valve plug utilizes a pressure-balanced structure, allowing control of high-pressure differential conditions with minimal actuator thrust. It is widely used in fluid control applications requiring good dynamic stability, medium to low temperatures, and medium to low-pressure pipelines. It offers excellent sealing performance and allows for large pressure differentials. With cage guidance, a large guiding area, and good stability, the compact structure enables quick online replacement of internal components, improving maintenance efficiency and saving labor and time. It features a large flow coefficient and a wide adjustable ratio range. The balanced valve plug design ensures minimal actuator thrust, reducing costs.
